Senior ASP.Net Developer – VB.Net / C# - Edinburgh - £35k
A Senior ASP.Net Developer with good knowledge of SQL Server is required by our client based north of Edinburgh / Scotland. A salary of up to £35,000 is available dependent upon experience.
The .Net Developer will take responsibility for the company website and web applications development. You will have previous experience managing and developing websites, using your own initiative and taking responsibility for technical improvements and maintenance.
The ASP.Net Developer must have good knowledge of DotNetNuke and a proven portfolio as well as strong MS SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX and XML. You will develop and manage sites across IIS and Windows platforms.
Essential skills required:
- Strong VB.Net software development (Visual Studio 2008)
- Strong ASP.Net web application development
- Knowledge of DotNetNuke
- Strong SQL Server
- Experience developing high traffic volume websites, preferably ecommerce
